Job Summary

Our client is a multinational IT company who is searching for talent to join their organization:

Responsible for developing a brand of novel and scalable digital financial platforms and applications using modern engineering techniques.
Design establish and maintain new digital banking platform and customer channels.
Carry out software features by involving in technical designs and writing tests to ensure the superior delivery of the product.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in IT Engineering Software Development and any related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Scrum Master.
Experienced in managing the quality of agile ceremonies including daily scrums sprint planning showcases and retrospectives.
Expert at Management of Master Story List (MSL) and ensuring its smooth execution.
Excellent negotiation and communication with team members and other stakeholders.
Excellent conflict resolution skill.
Good at visual representation and management of work in the sprint e.g. card walls and burn-up charts.
