Plans develops tests and documents computer programs applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: Reviews analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs. Assists system users with production support.
Plans develops tests and documents computer programs applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: Evaluates user request for new or modified program. Reviews analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs. This position will be supporting a newly developed system related to grants and contract management. Production support will be a responsibility along with testing of configuration changes. Training in the system will be provided. Position will also be responsible for making administrative data entries into the system on behalf of system users. Successful candidates will be a part of an existing team that is responsible for supporting legacy systems in the Family Services Division.
