Job Description
- Quickly become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.
- Serve as main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project too completion.
- Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work.
- Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment.
- Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through calls and email.
- Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.
- Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies.
- Be a key stakeholder in building ZILLs relationship with the client.
- Managing implementation activities including time commitment budget and risk management.
- Providing support to the project team ensuring all project documentation is current and up-to date.
- Responding to client issues and ensuring resolution of issues.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as an Implementation consultant.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions with the ability to grasp complex software and learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong foundational knowledge in data analytics and interpretation.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Prior experience working with international clients.
- Knowledge of Survey Programming tools like Decipher and Confirmit shall be an advantage.
- Certification or deep experience with the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform is highly desirable.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business Computer Science Information Systems or a related field; a masters degree is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
- Robust problem-solving abilities analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new technologies and changes in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Solid track record in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
