Job Summary

Job Opening: International Customer Support Role

Our client a leading global professional service company is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an International Customer Support Representative. This position is based in Vikhroli Mumbai and requires working from the office.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone in different time zones
Provide professional and positive responses to global clients
Adapt to working in rotational shifts including night shifts
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Apply knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Requirements

Requirements:

Graduates or Masters degree holders
Excellent English communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
Upto 6 months of experience(Freshers can also apply)

Note: 2 days of rotational week off and 5 days of working.
