Job Description:
As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide a seamless and white glove experience to our clients in the luxury furniture retail industry. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and their benefits and achieving monthly sales targets. Your ability to understand our clients needs and provide tailored design and decor suggestions will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish strong relationships with clients ensuring they receive personalized attention and a white glove sales experience.
- Understand clients preferences needs and aspirations to offer tailored solutions.
- Gain detailed knowledge about our product offerings including features benefits and unique selling points.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Report sales progress and client interactions to the Store Manager on a regular basis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and client engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in furniture sales.
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (Telugu Language proficiency is a plus).
- Positive attitude well-groomed and confident in dealing with high-end clientele.
- A keen eye for design and decor with the ability to provide creative suggestions.
- Self-motivated proactive and driven to achieve goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as per retail requirements.
