Roles and Responsibilities
Understand the job scope technical requirements and deliverables for planning and scheduling activities.
Develop and manage integrated schedules using Primavera P6 and SAP PM.
Prepare resource plans and manpower loading charts.
Identify assess and manage schedule risks including potential contingencies.
Track and monitor all critical and sub-critical paths to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate with operations maintenance and engineering teams to align project activities.
Ensure compliance with maintenance strategies and operational requirements.
Interpret and review engineering documents including P&IDs layout drawings and isometrics for planning purposes.
Report project progress variances and recovery plans to management.
Provide planning support for preventive corrective and shutdown maintenance activities.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
Strong engineering fundamentals and process knowledge.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas plant planning and scheduling.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and SAP PM.
Good understanding of operations and maintenance workflows.
Hands-on experience in maintenance planning for rotary and static equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation (P&ID layout drawings isometrics).
Knowledge of project controls work breakdown structures and resource leveling.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
