Position: Junior Partnership Executive Domestic Recruitment
Location: Kolkata
Role Overview:
The role supports the domestic recruitment outreach team in building and managing partnerships with Indian employers training institutes NGOs and placement partners. Focus areas include coordination communication reporting and supporting hiring operations across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new domestic partners
Coordinate with employers and internal recruitment teams
Manage communication data and partner reports
Support outreach campaigns and recruitment drives
Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
Requirements
Graduate (Business/HR/Commerce preferred)
13 years of experience in recruitment coordination client servicing or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Excellent communication coordination and MS Office skills
