Execute and coordinate project schedule/site delivery & installation on site.

Manage and liaise with supplier/installer.

Must work overtime/weekend if required.

To be independent in corresponding with client/contractor/supplier on the execution of project.

Assist and take on ad hoc installation/remedial/mock-up works.
Additionally employees are expected to abide by all internal control & compliance practices to:

Safeguard assets from theft and misuse.

Ensure segregation of duties to minimize fraud.
-
Comply with business ethics applicable laws and regulations.

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
-
Periodically reconcile physical assets to accounting records.

Excellent organization skills

Ability to be assertive and lead multiple projects

Strong communication and interpersonal skills oral & written

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Ability to read and interpret installation and contract drawings

Strong system furniture product knowledge will be an added advantage

Ability to complete tasks and job functions whenever possible when oversees

Positive and upbeat attitude professional appearance
Education/Experience
At least 5-7 years of experience in project coordination/supervision related to office furniture/interior design.
