Responsibilities

- Manage lead and oversee employees while assigning and distributing responsibilities as needed.
- Make certain that every resident is treated as an individual and with respect privacy and decency.
- Make sure that the pertinent documentation is kept up to date and comprehend the Named Nurse idea function and implementation.
- Build a deep and personal relationship with each resident family member and guest to guarantee that the bereaved receive the proper support and comfort at all times.
- Guarantees adherence to the established rules and procedures for the administration control and storage of all medications.
- HIQA standards knowledge and awareness as well as the capacity to take part in the inspection process.
Requirements
- First level registration.
- Previous managerial training / experience an advantage.
- Registered on the NMBI live register.
