TPF Recruitment Kents leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is supporting a highly successful mid-tier firm of chartered accountants based in Kent in their search for an Audit Director to join their team.
This is an incredible opportunity to join one of Kents largest accountancy firms in a position that is offering a London remuneration package but with the work life balance and exposure of a regional practice.
A large proportion of the position will be built around the candidates experience and aspirations. Clients range from owner managed businesses through listed businesses.

The successful Audit Director will form part of the offices leadership team and be responsible for their own client portfolio and team of staff working alongside the other partners to help grow the firms audit fee income. You will likely come from a large independent accountancy practice or a top tier practice background.
This is a very rare but exciting opportunity to be an Audit Director with excellent prospects at one of Kents leading chartered accountancy practices.
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- RI status or about to obtain is desirable.
- Supervisory experience with a motivational and constructive approach.
- A positive can-do attitude when working under pressure.
- Committed to delivering the highest quality service.
- A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.

Required Skills:
ACA/ACCA studying or qualified by experience Experience in audit fieldwork or potentially planning audits. Client-facing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
