Job Title: HVAC Purchase Manager

Job Summary:
We seek an organized and detail-oriented HVAC Purchase Assistant to support our procurement team. The successful candidate will assist in purchasing Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment parts and supplies ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and purchasing HVAC equipment parts and supplies.
2. Research and evaluate suppliers quotes and product offerings.
3. Prepare and process purchase orders requisitions and invoices.
4. Maintain accurate records of purchases inventory and vendor information.
5. Communicate with suppliers vendors and internal stakeholders.
6. Negotiate prices delivery terms and warranties.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations.
8. Monitor inventory levels and track orders.
9. Resolve discrepancies delays or quality issues with suppliers.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering Operations).
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in procurement purchasing or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
3. Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office especially Excel.
5. Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.
6. Analytical and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
