The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the healthcare practice adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves monitoring compliance efforts conducting audits and providing training to staff to promote a culture of compliance.
- Develop implement and maintain compliance programs and policies.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization stays compliant with healthcare laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and resources to staff on compliance policies and best practices.
- Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reports for leadership on compliance status and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Health Administration Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.

Required Skills:
