- Lead the design configuration and implementation of ERP systems tailored to the telecommunications industry ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

Customization and Integration:
- Customize ERP solutions to meet specific telecommunications business needs and ensure smooth integration with existing systems and processes.

Data Migration:
- Oversee data migration processes ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.

User Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on ERP functionality and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of the system.

- Develop and execute test plans to validate ERP system functionality troubleshoot issues and ensure a high level of quality and reliability.

- Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications process flows and training materials to support ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT finance operations and management to ensure ERP solutions align with overall business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant with a focus on telecommunications (4 years).
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics SAP Oracle ) and their application in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes including billing network management and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in ERP and telecommunications are highly desirable.
