Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Tester / QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual functional and automation testing. Join a dynamic innovative team delivering end-to-end software solutions for logistics retail and supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate has 36 years of experience in software testing hands-on experience with Selenium Jira and TestRail and a proven track record in functional regression and integration testing. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies end-to-end QA processes and enterprise-level software systems is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:
- Lead and execute manual and automated testing across multiple software applications.
- Design and implement test plans test cases and acceptance criteria for complex systems.
- Identify document and report on defects with actionable feedback to development teams.
- Collaborate closely with Developers Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive improvements in QA processes test automation frameworks and testing tools.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc or equivalent) in IT Computer Science or a related field.
- 36 years in software testing including manual automation and functional testing.
- Experience in logistics retail or supply chain software testing is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies Agile/Scrum environments and software development lifecycle.
- Practical experience with Selenium Jira TestRail and CI/CD tools.
- Exceptional analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
