Job Description
Job Summary
The Dispatcher is responsible for tracking inbound and outbound freight and maintains fleet performance and inventory records.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Monitors and records all inbound and outbound freight weights and properly updates status board.
- Routes all stops daily then reviews the stops once completed.
- Monitors to make sure all product has been removed from transfer stations.
- Inputs all fleet related data and generates required reports.
- Performs plant office functions and assumes responsibilities of Office Manager duties in his/her absence.
- Responsible for answering and dispatching all Call center emails.
- Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
- Data entry into the safety system for driver coaching.
- Completes the payroll for management to review.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- One (1) year prior experience in an office and/or transportation environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic math skills; ability to add subtract multiply and divide whole numbers.
- Good computer skills.
- Good communication skills; able to follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
