Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent required. 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience preferably in an education or health care setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Zoom and related software tools. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a high degree of judgement discretion and confidentiality. Must have the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff faculty and students. Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven work environment and approach challenges with creativity and innovation. Must be able to provide own transportation to and from off-site meetings.
