Job Summary

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales of Maintenance/Service Contracts for Critical Equipment (Power Precision Air Monitoring systems) in customer critical business environment through negotiations of servicing offerings commercial & legal terms in Service Contract(s) and Service Level Agreements
  • Upsell service programs and solution package(End of life equipment replacement upgrades Energy optimization Critical space maintenance cyclical replacement etc.) to maintain or enhance equipment efficiency/reliability
  • Contribute and participate in short/medium term planning of service contract/solution sales and marketing plans to ensure sustainable profit growth year-on-year
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure prompt service delivery & cultivate strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Business Studies good experience in contract sales and Technical/solution sales candidate with experience in Energy Optimization for thermal product is preferred candidate must possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a sales record (3-4 years) at a high level of achievement.
  • Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: PAC Chillers HVAC AHU Smart EC
  • Upgrades Cold aisle containment Energy Optimisation and monitoring software solutions.
  • Analytical skill set good presentation skills ability to interact with any level within an organization.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
  • Travel is required for meeting customers.
