As aSenior Surgical Product Managersupporting theSurgical team across Nordicsyou will be trusted to lead strategic marketing initiatives and drive product adoption across key surgical portfolios from our office in Copenhagen.
In this role a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to develop and execute downstream marketing strategies that elevate patient outcomes and provider engagement
- Analyzing market trends and performance data to shape product positioning and promotional tactics using tools such as Salesforce and Pitcher
- Leading the development of localized marketing materials and educational programs in alignment with global brand direction
- Building strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers to support product growth and adoption
- Coordinating with internal departments including R&D Regulatory Affairs Finance and Logistics to ensure seamless product lifecycle management
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- A bachelors or masters degree in Marketing Business Life Sciences or a related field
- 5 years of experience in product marketing in medical devices.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in market forecasting and campaign execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and impact
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a strong asset
