About Optometric Physicians of Middle Tennessee
We are a multi-location private practice serving Davidson County and surrounding areas. Our services include:
- Comprehensive eye exams for all ages
- Dry eye treatment
- Myopia management
- Low vision rehabilitation
- Vision therapy & neuro-optometry
- Specialty contact lens fittings
- Ocular disease diagnosis & management

About the opening
Join a supportive privately-owned practice with an established patient base and strong referral network. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and manage ocular diseases
- Provide specialty care including contact lens fittings myopia control and dry eye management
- Utilize advanced diagnostic technology and treatment innovations
- Collaborate with experienced optometrists and a highly skilled support team
- Participate in clinical studies and ongoing professional development
Minimum qualifications include:
- Doctor of Optometry (DO) degree by May 2025
- Active Tennessee optometry license OR eligibility for Tennessee optometry license
- For new grads: Board certification / pending certification upon graduation
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in private and/or retail optometric practice
- Residency training or specialty interest in areas such as ocular disease pediatrics or low vision
