Job Summary

LMSW - Spokane WA - Start Date: ASAP - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Shift: 5x8hr Days (Mon-Fri; Weekends not required) - Daily Patient Load: 1:50-60 (1:1 patient care and group counseling) - Years of Experience REQ: At least 1 YR of experience working with geriatrics - First-Timers Accepted: Yes - Weekend REQ: No - Certs REQ: BLS - Skills REQ: Biopsychosocial assessment Documentation and Care Planning - Is on-call REQ No - Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs No - Open to accommodating block schedule Yes; Mon-Fri schedule - Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered local within 50 mile radius will accept locals at the same rate - Pending License Accepted: No (WA license in-hand REQUIRED at time of signature) - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions.
