Remote Insurance Sales Producer
As an Insurance Sales Producer with Western Financial Group you will be provided with a list of referrals to cross-sell Personal Lines Insurance Products.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Conduct sales calls from a list of warm referrals or existing clients focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities
- Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
- Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
- Continuous self-development through industry and community involvement and industry related courses
The value you bring
- General Level 1 License and Alberta auto insurance knowledge required
- A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.
- A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
- The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
Hours: Full Time Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours/week within Digital Sales team operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm (MST) and rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 4:30pm (MST) and occasionally Statutory Holidays 9:00am - 5:00pm (MST)
Location: Remote in Canada
Compensation: $40000 salary 40% commission on new business
