Location: Calgary AB (Remote Work from Home)
Contract: Independent Contractor 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our clients hiring needs on a contract this role you will recruit for a wide range of non-technical and specialized positions leveraging your business development and relationship-building skills to engage top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in sourcing talent managing the full recruitment process and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements priorities and team needs.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings candidate outreach screening interviews and offer coordination.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple disciplines.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
- Track and report on recruitment activity and metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical and specialized positions.
- Proven success in managing high-volume multi-discipline recruitment projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and use of modern recruitment tools/platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Contract Details:
- Must be set up as an independent contractor.
- Remote Work from Home. Must be located in Canada.
- Initial contract term: 6 months with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
- Immediate start.
