The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Central Region is looking for a Procurement Specialist 2 to help us Keep Alaska Moving!

What you will be doing:
In this role you will review prepare and track professional services contracts and amendments that support design and construction administration services across Central Region highways aviation and construction groups as well as Statewide Public Facilities and Materials. Youll ensure all documentssuch as Requests for Proposals Records of Negotiation Waiver Requests and Professional Services Agreements (PSA) are accurate complete and compliant with state and federal procurement laws DOT&PF policies and the PSA Manual.


You will also conduct proposal openings verify contractor and subcontractor compliance and assist evaluation committees in selecting the most qualified firms. This work requires strong attention to detail analytical skills and sound judgment as these contracts are complex high-value and subject to public and political scrutiny. Your accuracy and thoroughness directly impact project schedules costs and the States ability to secure federal funding.

The position is located at 4111 Aviation Drive adjacent to Lake Hood in Anchorage Alaska. This position has a workstation on the first floor of the building. This is a Monday - Friday in-person on site work required position.
