Program Control Analyst Location: Washington DC Metro Area (Hybrid Eligible) Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Opportunity A mission-driven government contractor is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support financial tracking and reporting for federal contracts. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in program finance and a desire to grow within a fast-paced compliance-focused environment.Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining program budgets and forecasts
Support EAC/ETC modeling and variance analysis
Monitor CLIN-level funding and expenditures
Prepare monthly financial reports and support program reviews
Coordinate with contracts and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing
Maintain financial data integrity and support audit readiness
Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to support decision-making
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
25 years of experience in program control or project finance within a government contracting environment
Familiarity with EAC ETC CLIN structures and indirect rates
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and organizational skills
Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar systems a plus
