Are you a motivational leader who thrives on building strong customer relationships driving new business and guiding a team to achieve outstanding results We are seeking an energetic experienced Sales Manager to lead our ready-mix sales team in the DallasFort Worth area. If you are a strategic thinker with hands-on sales expertise and a passion for developing people and growing market share we want to hear from you!
You will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals while driving growth across the DFW market. You will develop strategic sales plans build strong relationships with key accounts and contractors and identify new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with internal teams and monitoring market trends you will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What you will be doing
- Lead coach and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and market opportunities in the DFW area
- Build strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with contractors developers and key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities expanding the companys market presence across the region
- Collaborate closely with operations dispatch and quality control teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
- Foster a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement within the sales team

- Demonstrated success in sales leadership preferably within ready-mix aggregates or construction materials
- Proven ability to lead motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills with a customer-first focus
- Strong business acumen with advanced negotiation and presentation skills
- Proactive self-driven professional with a track record of achieving results and solving challenges
- A Bachelors degree in Business Construction Management or a related field is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the DFW construction market is highly desirable
