We are hiring a Help Desk Administrator.

The Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for addressing a wide range of technical IT issues globally with high-level permissions to the organizations platforms including Office 365 and other related systems.



Responsibilities:
  • Leading tech solution to end users in all aspects (Windows 10/11 operating systems antivirus VPN printers security systems etc)
  • Provide day-to-day support and response to service incidents
  • Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity
  • Provide support for the entire organization (Locally and remotely)
  • A high level of satisfaction with IT help requests from users
  • Technical skills with the SharePoint platform

Petah Tikva

Requirements:

Required education and experience

  • 1-2 years of business/ military experience as a PC-Technician/Help-Desk (OneDrive SharePoint Teams)
  • Deep knowledge of Win10/11 system
  • Proficiency in English is required

Required qualification

  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical Orientation ability to learn quickly and independently
