Were looking for two ER Advisers to join our Employee Relations team and support us to provide a proactive service to managers and staff in a diverse fast-paced university setting. As a key member of our team youll provide professional first-line HR advice and support on a range of cases including sickness absence disciplinary and grievance matters. You will work closely with managers to enable confident data driven decision-making and help drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Youll be an HR professional with hands-on experience of advising managers on HR policies. You will be educated to degree or equivalent and be an Associate Member of the CIPD (Assoc. CIPD). You will have experience providing HR advice across a diverse workforce and have experience analysing data such as absence reports. You will have knowledge of and experience in HR databases and systems including strong IT proficiency (Excel MS Office HRIS) and experience of advising on HR policies and should be prepared to deliver training interventions.
