Employee Relationship Manager

Were looking for someone who values teamwork shows initiative and wants to grow. Ideally youll have:

• Build strong collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners Advisors and Generalists to ensure alignment with HR and People Strategy.
• Analyse and review employee survey data providing actionable insights and facilitating site-based improvement plans.
• Develop and deliver tailored engagement strategies for each account business unit to boost morale and productivity.
• Champion positive union engagement fostering constructive relationships between account management and union officials.
• Design and deliver training sessions for account teams to promote employee engagement and best practices.
• Create and distribute monthly employee engagement communications to keep teams informed and motivated.
• Support manpower planning and resourcing activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyse retention statistics within business units and implement corrective measures to improve employee retention.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to account management teams empowering them to take ownership of engagement initiatives.
• Lead the development and implementation of new and existing HR policies including industrial relations strategies.
• Drive a culture of reward and recognition across account teams ensuring achievements are celebrated.
• Identify and track clear measurable KPIs and objectives aligned with HR goals and business requirements.
• Deliver training on employee engagement and succession planning to support career development.
• Maintain open communication channels recognise achievements and strengthen the Securitas community.
• Implement new working methods in partnership with the wider HR team to support continuous improvement and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company valuesIntegrity Vigilance and Helpfulnessand promote a safe risk-aware working environment

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

• Proven experience in HR or employee engagement roles. (CIPD L5 Desirable)
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse data and implement strategic action plans.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
• A proactive solutions-focused approach with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to provide a 5 year employment history and cover any gaps where appropriate.
• Right to Work in the UK. 
• Ability to Uphold and live the Securitas Core Values of: Integrity Vigilance & Helpfulness.
