Position Overview
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day inspection activities to ensure all products and orders meet customer requirements and internal quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance supporting team development and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily inspection processes to verify product conformity and ensure all outgoing materials meet established specifications.
- Maintain compliance with quality procedures safety protocols and operational policies.
- Provide ongoing guidance coaching and training to quality inspectors to strengthen team capability and accountability.
- Analyze inspection results and quality data preparing reports that highlight trends performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Production Assembly Shipping and other departments to resolve quality concerns quickly and effectively.
- Exercise authority to pause production or shipments when nonconformances are found and implement immediate corrective measures.
- Lead root cause investigations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.
- Establish clear expectations communicate team goals and monitor progress toward meeting quality objectives.
- Support company initiatives that aim to enhance product quality operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience- Demonstrated ability to manage team performance and track results using key metrics.
- In-depth understanding of quality control principles inspection methodologies and assurance practices.
- Skilled in collaborating across departments and working effectively with all levels of the organization.
- 35 years of leadership experience in a quality or inspection-focused role preferred.
- Associate or bachelors degree in Quality Engineering Business or a related discipline preferred but not required.

- Frequent standing walking and interaction with production personnel.
- Full-time salaried position; extended hours may occasionally be required to meet operational goals.

- Role requires a high level of focus precision and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing bending and reaching for extended periods.
