Job Title: Showroom & Sample Coordinator
Compensation: $21-$24 an hour (35 hours a week)
Key Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage all shipping and receiving for the Kids division
- Manage showrooms making sure all samples are presented and they are always kept clean
- Manage sample storage keeping track of all confirmation and production samples
- Liaison between customer sample requests and overseas factories
- Keep track of all sample requests for customers
- Logging and reporting on all outgoing samples
- Support design sales and merchandising team as needed
- Sample approvals via WorkZon
Qualifications:
A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills
Must be a problem solver with the ability to identify solutions and create solutions.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Eager to learn the footwear product development process
Must be able to move boxes and carry shoes throughout the building.
Hardworking with a passion for getting things done
