Job Summary

National Law Firm in Salt Lake City who is a recognized national leader Legal Services nationally is looking for an Associate Attorney. Our teamis comprised of experienced lawyers who understandbroad business implications andcan draw onthe firms multidisciplinary teams inindustries such as financial services accounting insurance real estate construction gaming and entertainment to devise creative and efficient strategies.

You will advise public and privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions corporate restructurings private equity and venture capital underwritten and syndicated offerings commercial finance and syndicated lending cross-border transactions and general corporate matters. Our industry experience includes transactions in a wide range of fields from the pharmaceutical medical devices and life sciences fields to representations involving clients in the aviation banking energy health care manufacturing technology and telecommunications sectors.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a mid-level associate who had commercial and business preferably in a large law firm must possess strong interpersonal administrative and organizational skills must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload; must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates should possess a strong academic background superior drafting and research skills negotiation skills and the ability to take on significant project is $170K-$250K
