Job Description:
Document the design and technical structure of the custom workflows in the Appeals application that supports the Appeals Division. Solution is built on MicroPacts entelli-trak platform. The solution is hosted in AWS and is managed by vendor.
The Client is seeking an expert level programmer analyst that can independently review an existing system and document the configuration details. The individual will be required to understand and document the customizations that have been added to the base addition the analyst will document all existing interfaces and current hosting environment. Analyst will be required to review the stories and change requests documented in JIRA as part of the documentation process.
