Job Description Summary:
Responsible for Change of Circumstance (CCR) redisclosure process of the Loan Estimate (LE) estimate of charges early in the process and Closing Disclosure (CD) actual charges at the end of the process. Gives customer a notice (disclosure) whenever there is a change to the terms of their loan aka if they want to change their loan amount.
What Youll Do
Interacting and clarifying customer data with LO Processor and Secondary.
Auditing Encompass so any changes should be documented.
Working with internal teams Loan Officers Processors and addressing questions regarding the changes in disclosure helping with lockouts etc.
Monitoring the pipeline assigned to them so that it gets completed pipeline management
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred
2-3 years of Mortgage experience preferred
Encompass experience preferred
Can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Understands fundamental concepts
Utilizes established procedures but decides action within the task
Resolves complex problems with independent action
Knowledge of standard business practices and working in a team environment
Demonstrates considerable judgment in selecting methods
Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $21.00 -$25.00. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
