Innovative Staff Solutions is growing and we are seeking a Operations Specialist to add to our internal team. Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced people-centric environment.

Responsibilities:
Travel to ISS locations to cover for absences within the internal staff.
Phone Screen and process candidatesfor available job opportunities.
Communicate withapplicants and clients via phone email and in person.
Data entry of documentation into our HRISsystem.
Process hiring paperwork fornew employees placed on assignment.
Process Workmans Comppaperwork.
Adaptable to work with changes within the different locations.
Retaining knowledge on our client base to achieve complete satisfaction.
Requirements:
2-year degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Detail oriented organized and work efficiently despite interruptions.
Must have strong communicationskills both verbally and written.
Highly dependable and able to work overtime asneeded.
Hold a valid drivers license with a safe driving record.
Flexible schedule and able to work 45-55 hours per week.
