Join Healthcare Realtys Sustainability team and assist with the coordination of Healthcare Realtys ESG strategies and initiatives. This includes a range of tasks that support sustainability integration tracking and reporting.
Track report and analyze sustainability data engaging internally across departments as well as externally with consultants vendors sustainability rating platforms and industry associations. Contribute to the development preparation and publication of Healthcare Realtys Corporate Responsibility Report. Oversee reporting disclosure and scoring for various ESG frameworks (GRESB SASB GRI TCFD MSCI etc.).

Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage the Measurabl platform and any other environmental platform including tracking of our energy water and waste data efficiency projects (i.e. LED retrofits) and physical risk exposure.
Analyze large utility variances and gather explanations.
Monitor and track ESG KPIs.
Gather track and monitor data for the GRESB Survey as well as any additional industry ESG frameworks prioritized by the Company
Assist with green building certifications across the portfolio
Assist with the production of Healthcare Realtys Corporate Responsibility Report
Be an active member of the Sustainability working group
Monitor peer data and industry research on best practices and trends in sustainability-related fields
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in environmental sciences sustainability real estate or related field
2 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks including ISSB GRI SASB GRESB GHG Protocol
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments
Strong organizational analytical and time management skills
This position is located in Denver CO on a hybrid schedule
