Product Developer (Coffee & Beverages)

Were looking for a Coffee & Beverages Product Developer to join our team and drive product this key role where youll report to the Head of Product & Ops youll combine creativity with structured project management to turn ideas into successful products. Youll work across teams from marketing and sourcing to operations and finance to guide each concept from first idea to market launch. Your goal: ensure every new product meets consumer needs fits our brand strategy and is delivered on time and within short your work will directly shape the future of coffee and the impact we make.

You would be working from our roastery in Watergang just outside of Amsterdam Noord.

How By working directly with farmer groups around the world. We set up transparent traceable export lines roast the beans ourselves and sell the coffee straight to customers. So no unnecessary middlemen or resellers. Those short supply chains make sure farmers always get a good price.

Youll find us in 18 (and counting) bars across the Netherlands and online through our own platform. For customers that means freshly roasted specialty coffee thats easy to access relatively affordable and just seriously delicious.

What youll do

• Spot whats next: research and anticipate market trends uncover what coffee lovers want and translate insights into opportunities

• Create and innovate: design and test new coffee and beverage concepts for our retail range and coffee bars from the first idea to the perfect final product

• Lead the charge: bring together marketing sourcing operations and finance to make great ideas happen on time and on budget

• Own the journey: drive the full product development process: concept testing production and a smooth commercial launch

• Guard our standards: ensure every new product meets food safety legal and quality requirements while staying true to our brand
  

What You Bring

• Project leadership: strong skills in planning prioritizing and aligning multiple stakeholders to deliver on time

• Communication: excellent written and spoken English; able to bring ideas across clearly and confidently

• Mindset: analytical and structured yet creative and market-oriented: you know how to balance data with intuition

• Proven track record: experience in product development within FMCG food & beverage or hospitality

• Educational background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Technology or a related field is a plus

• Quality & safety awareness: familiarity with HACCP or food safety standards is a plus
