Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Male Promoters to represent Vodafone India across various sales and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility engaging with customers and increasing product sales through effective communication and field presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Vodafone products and services at retail outlets kiosks and public engagement points.
- Engage potential customers and explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales and activation targets.
- Provide accurate feedback and reports on customer preferences and product performance.
- Ensure branding and display guidelines are followed at all promotional points.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image at all times.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Gender: Male candidates only
- Age: Must be 18 years or older
- Education: Minimum 10th pass or equivalent preferred
- Vehicle: Must own a bike with a valid driving license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in local language (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/etc.)
- Experience in field marketing or telecom sales will be an added advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: 12000 to 30000 per month (Including Incentive)
- Performance-based incentives may be applicable
- Statutory benefits including Provident Fund (PF) and Insurance Coverage
