Job Summary
Estimator / Project Manager Waterproofing
Fridley MN Direct Hire $90K$120K Bonus
Konik is partnering with one of the nations leading waterproofing and restoration contractors to add an Estimator/Project Manager to their New Work Division. This company is recognized as a trusted partner to architects engineers and general contractors across commercial industrial and institutional markets. Estimator / Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates take-offs and bid proposals for waterproofing projects
- Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout ensuring scope schedule and budget alignment
- Review drawings and specifications to identify materials labor and equipment requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and field staff within a 23 hour project radius
- Maintain strong communication with clients superintendents and project stakeholders
- Track progress resolve issues and prepare accurate project documentation and reporting
Estimator / Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 5 years of commercial construction experience with at least 2 years in waterproofing or restoration
- Proven ability to estimate and manage multiple projects from cradle to grave
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and costs
- Proficiency with blueprints technical documents and construction software (Procore Bluebeam MS Project etc.)
- Excellent communication time management and organizational skills
