Clinical Leader (RN) Home Health & Staffing
Location: Augusta GA Interim HealthCare
Join Interim HealthCare of Augusta as our Clinical Leader (RN) and play a key role in shaping a growing branch backed by a national provider with 50 years of success.
Were looking for a hands-on nurse leader whos both clinically strong and entrepreneurially driven to guide patient care mentor staff and help expand our impact in the community.
What Youll Do
Oversee clinical operations for home health & staffing services.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff.
Coordinate admissions assessments and supervisory visits.
Ensure patient safety compliance and quality care.
Partner with physicians caregivers and referral sources.
What Youll Need
Active RN license (GA or Compact State).
2 years clinical leadership experience (home health preferred).
Strong critical thinking & communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven results in growing operations.
