In this role youll design and deliver impactful learning programs that empower Associates and Leaders across our global Grocery operations. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams using data and technology to create experiences that enhance performance and support Amazons customer-centric mission.

Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
Leading the end-to-end development and execution of learning programs that drive operational excellence across multiple grocery businesses
Designing and implementing measurement strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Building and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders across regions and functions to align learning solutions with business priorities
Creating scalable mechanisms for program adoption quality control and impact measurement
Managing cross-functional projects through all stages from initiation to closeout
Developing data-driven insights to inform program strategy and demonstrate business impact
Championing associate development needs while balancing business requirements and operational constraints
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience owning program strategy end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited guidance
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience in retail operations or learning & development
