Location: Outskirts of Bristol
Position: Full-Time Permanent

The Role

As an Architectural Technician you will:

Be involved in the technical delivery of residential masterplans and housing developments from planning through to construction
Collaborate with project architects consultants and developers to ensure cohesive project coordination
Translate design concepts into accurate buildable technical documentation

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical and construction drawing packages using REVIT
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants across all design and construction stages
Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations technical standards and client specifications
Liaise with contractors clients and local authorities as needed
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive collaborative team culture

Requirements

Proven experience working on UK residential projects ideally including developer-led housing
Strong REVIT proficiency and experience working within BIM environments
