Fairway Honda is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Service Manager to oversee the operations of our service department!
In this key leadership role youll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations driving team performance and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of service professionals.
- Drive customer satisfaction profitability and service excellence.
- Oversee repair procedures and uphold dealership standards.
- Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics.
- Manage shop tools equipment and organization to maximize efficiency.
- Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
- Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met.
- Deliver timely outstanding customer service and support.
- Foster a customer-first culture through coaching and mentorship.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of automotive experience ideally in the service department.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Highly organized hardworking and self-driven.
- Strong time management abilities to oversee a busy service operation.
- Prior leadershipexperience is a strong asset.
