Job Description

Long-Term Substitute Title 1 Literacy Interventionist (0.5 FTE) Needed

Location: Allen Brook School

Allen Brook School is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Long-Term Substitute Literacy Interventionist to join our team for the 0.5 FTE (Part-Time) role. The Title I teacher is responsible for providing developing instructional programs and providing direct instruction to students eligible for Title I services within the parameters of Title I regulations and guidelines.This position is critical for providing targeted small-group and/or one-on-one literacy instruction to students in grades K-2.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evidence-based literacy instruction and a commitment to helping every student achieve reading proficiency. This is a long-term substitute position starting immediately and concluding at the end of the 2025-2026 school year (approximately Mid-June).
