What You Need:
Skills:
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing while performing a variety of tasks. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to multi-task. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and during emergency situations while reacting quickly to unexpected situations and/or emergencies
What You Will Do:
Answer incoming calls to the hospital switchboard in a timely manner directing calls to the correct location or assisting with needed phone numbers
Transfer calls to appropriate departments for problem resolution as needed
Implements medical emergency codes via pagers overhead paging cell phones etc.
Overhead pages to locate physicians and relay approved information to employees and visitors

Fast-paced high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled PBX Operator
Work location: 1325 Pennsylvania Avenue Fort Worth Texas 76104 & remote work
Work hours: Full-time (Nights) Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 1:30 am Thursday and Friday from 7:00 pm to 5:30 am Saturday from 4:00 pm to 5:30 am.
