Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers in the branch.
- Process sales orders efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and applications.
- Offer support for company events as needed.
Job Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Ability to work 3 to 5 days per week.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
