Job Summary
Cleaning Manager
- Lead and manage a high-performing cleaning team in a premium school setting.
- Enjoy having school holidays off and work close to home in Mornington Peninsula.

THE POSITION
- Supervise daily cleaning duties across the site
- Monitor financial activities against budget & allocate budget resources
- Lead and support a team of cleaning staff to ensure high service standards.
- Conduct accurate and timely monthly stock take
- Prepare reports for management
THE PERSON
- Relevant industry experience managing staff
- Experience in workplace health and safety issues
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Prior OH&S training and/or accreditation
