Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. Valid drivers license. Three to five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders including students faculty alumni and external partners. Strong analytical and organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree preferred. Three to five years of recruitment experience within higher education; preference given to those with prior experience in graduate admission. Experience supervising full-time administrators. Familiarity with database management and admissions-specific software is a plus.
