Contract Duration: 13 weeks (extendable)
Shift: 5x8 Evening Shifts
Pay: $2002 weekly gross
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist for a contract assignment in a hospital imaging department. The technologist will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures operate advanced imaging equipment and ensure safe high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment to capture diagnostic images.
Position patients properly and explain procedures to ensure comfort and safety.
Ensure accurate imaging techniques in compliance with protocols.
Collaborate with physicians radiologists and healthcare staff to support diagnoses.
Maintain equipment imaging records and patient confidentiality.
Work efficiently in a large hospital environment with diverse patient populations.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Current ARRT certification required.
Active BLS certification (AHA) required.
Prior experience in a large hospital setting strongly preferred.
Strong technical organizational and patient-care skills.
Contract Highlights:
13-week assignment with possible extension.
40 hours per week evening shifts (5x8).
