In this XRay Tech position your primary responsibilities span the full spectrum of radiologic service delivery. You will prepare patients and equipment position to capture optimal radiographs and execute highquality images while strictly adhering to ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable) principles to minimize radiation exposure. Your day will involve operating digital radiography systems ensuring correct exposure factors and verifying patient identification and documentation. Youll collaborate closely with radiologists and other clinicians to interpret image quality and refine techniques as needed while maintaining meticulous records processing referrals and participating in daily safety checks and equipment QA procedures. The role also invites ongoing professional growth through exposure to additional modalities protocols and software platforms with clear pathways for advancement into senior radiology positions crosstraining opportunities and potential specialty track development.
