What are we looking for

Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting or a High School diploma (or equivalent) required in addition to 3 years Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.

Basic Accounting skills. Previous Accounts Receivable and Collections experience. Must be organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and changing environment. Intermediate Excel Skills required.

What will be your key responsibilities

Work with Clinic Group Customers Account Management Vet Pillar Customers with Collections
Works with Sales & Supply teams through customer disputes
Review Aging Reports and Perform Collections Activities to resolve Past Due Accounts
Works / Updates General Mailbox Inquiries SalesForce Cases and calls as received
